Goodyear welted boots

I'm currently obsessed with Goodyear welted boots.

I live in the city and work in an office that doesn't have a dress code. I live in chinos and oversized t shirts and sweaters. I'd say my style is not too dissimilar to the attached pics.

I want a shoe that's high quality and will last a ridiculously long time so I'll be able to see the leather "age".

So far ones that seem to suit my criteria are

Have a look for Rose Anvil on YouTube.
They cut boots in half and give their thoughts on quality. I'm sure they mention GoodYear Welts a lot and have cut the Solivaire in half.
Might be useful.... I just like their videos a lot. 🤣

Have you looked at Grenson boots?

Came here to say grenson - I have the lesser common all-black leather Nanettes (black lace holes and minus the suede on the sides) and I think theyd fit your bill

Dr Martens are Goodyear welted. They have loads of different styles on the website.

Lots of the classic British brands are GYW

Trickers, Crockett & Jones, Barker, Cheaney, Church's. Lots still have factories in Northampton with discount shops.
