Collagen Peptides

I'm thinking about trying some collagen for what I understand should have hair nail and skin benefits.

I see there are supplements in tablet form and also powder form and some just seem to say collagen/beauty and others say marine collagen or collagen peptides.

Does anyone know what the best stuff is to use? I've been looking at a blue tub from vital proteins which is collagen peptides in a 20g dose of powder form.

It's about £35 for just under 600g so also looking to identify the most money savvy way of buying the recommended type.

Hope someone can help!

I have been taking the powered form for about a year. Different brands depending on what the price is.

cant say I have noticed a huge different in skin. But have in my joints, nails and hair.

I use Hunter&Gather bovine collagen. I’ve noticed big improvements in my physical health (joints) and hair (thickness). Difficult to comment on skin condition, because I’ve been using Drunk Elephant for a while (sadly works really well), but overall skin looks good too. I think it’s worth a try!

Marine collagen is 100% the best to use.

The one a day sachets are easy to take and usually have a high mg of collagen.

I use the absolute collagen sachets.

I can give you £10 off a “friend referral” discount.

If you sign up to a 28 day subscription atm they are giving you £85 worth of free product. (Can also cancel any time)

Son using the link below you get 28 days worth of collagen and £85 worth of product for £46 (free next day delivery if you order before 4pm too).

Def giving it a shot :)

Coolagen from skinorac
Evening:

There's no evidence it works.
