Best lip enhancer?

I'm looking for something to make my lips look a bit fuller - not surgery! Which lipsticks/balms would you recommend?

Well there's a lot to be said about Kylies lip kits in that you need a matching lip liner and lipstick or at least a skin colour lip liner

Draw the lip liner just over and on the edge of your lip line then apply your lipstick. Not a dark colour though or red because they make your lips look smaller

It's worth experimenting with a lighter colour in the middle of top and bottom lip to give the illusion of them being larger

Too Faced lip injection is amazing! I have the gloss in 4 colours. Like most/all lip plumpers the effects are only short term but they do make a difference. They also have a balm version which is nice but has a much more subtle effect that the glosses.
