Hairdresser 'sensitive' to hair loss in London?

Can anyone recommend a hairdresser in London who has an understanding of the emotional distress of thinning hair?
My DD, 25 has suffered thinning hair over last few years, despite trying every supplement, shampoo, treatment etc known to man.
She's now going to see a private dermatologist/trichologist.
This causes her huge distress, she's very self conscious about it, has really knocked her self-esteem.
A couple of visits to insensitive hairdressers, (comments on how thin/damaged her hair was, 'rough' washing etc) has made her scared of going again but she desperately needs a cut.
Can anyone help?

I think she might benefit a lot from addressing this when booking the appointment- e.g. 'I'm suffering a bit from thinning hair and am quite sensitive about it so would appreciate an appointment with a hairdresser who is aware of this in advance and that won't embarrass me by talking about it during a cut, if that was possible to do?'

I hate having my head massaged during a hair appointment- less serious I know. But I felt so awkward asking them to stop if they started giving me one, and I find it empowering now to bring up before they even start washing my hair 'just to let you know, I really don't enjoy head massages if we could keep this to just a straight forward wash please'.

I would suggest talking to them prior to the appointment. I really just wanted to ask if she’s tried kerastase genesis serum, I have had thinning issues to the extent of having blood work taking and this is the only thing that I’ve seen improvement with, I’ve been using it for about 4 weeks. Granted others may not agree my hair thinning was severe but I was definitely self conscious about it.

Also if you find a mobile hair dresser who comes to your house she won’t have to be sitting infront of a mirror whilst having it done which I used to hate as I’d just stare at my scalp illuminated from the giant lights
