Any recommendations for skincare for rosacea (currently using beauty pie and skin&me). Looking for something that isn’t v v expensive and is pregnancy safe!

I just saw your post-I would really recommend Clinique redness solution range. Especially the soothing cleanser and the daily moisturiser. If u are pregnant u might find people want to buy you stuff - u cd ask for John Lewis or boots vouchers and buy it.

your rosacea might be in pregnancy overdrive. Try and get plenty of sleep and if poss, avoid inflammatory foods (eg - lots of sugar)

a friend of mine got a great result with IPL treatment- I’m keeping that up my sleeve in case I get a bad flare up but it seems to have settled with HRT.

good luck with your pregnancy x

I believe a niacinamide serum has been shown to help improve rosacea and safe to use in pregnancy.

Hope you find something that works for you x

Azalaic acid - get it from the doc, not sure about pregnancy, but it has really helped me.
