What products do you buy over and over again that make the biggest difference to your skin?

Im on a mission to revamp my skincare routine now I've hit my mid 40s. My skin is dry and dehydrated with some hyper-pigmentation. There's so much choice it's a bit overwhelming!

I had a stressful time over the last two years and I started ageing. I thought nId try tret as retinol wasn't doing anything and it's started working,my deeper lines on my forehead have reverted to fine lines
