Has anyone tried this? Their advertising is so good but £36 a pot?
Wound be interested to hear any reviews.

I have bought some samples from Jklm1968 too, she is very helpful and a fast service. Looking forward to trying them out.

@UmaniCaroline where did you get the mini pot of Pinky Bronze please? I would love to try that one

DrJoanAllenby · 07/03/2024 09:18

I bought au natural, dusty rose, flushed and bronze.

Absolute rubbish.

Looked ok for five minutes but had no staying power.

PensionPotHead · 07/03/2024 09:32

I just bought Miami Beach, but not used it yet. Will report back.

Revolution do a dupe which is pretty good. I've got 3 and they've lasted for ages

I have the Revolution dupe in a pinky tone. It’s fantastic!

StElwicks · 07/03/2024 12:55

I have a big pot of the pinky one and a small dusky rose. It suits my skin, I think on young skin it might sit greasily but I am in my 50s with dry skin and it gives me a nice glow and luminosity to my fair dull skin.

There was a special offer of 'minis' a few months ago you could get 4 or 5 and pinky bronze was one of the colours - apparently they are thinking of bringing it out in the standard size.

Smallinthesmoke · 07/03/2024 16:05

I tried this product in Liberty and it was like a shiny slick. Couldn't get it right at all, and the texture was horrid.
Much prefer the Revolution dupe.

Miracle balm is castor seed oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, argan oil, beeswax and various other oils

Vaseline is petrolatum. Petroleum bi-product.

There couldn't be two products more different

I hate it when people compare good ingredients (not saying this is a great product) to petrochemicals.
They may appear similar in texture but they are so different in terms of benefit.

faustina · 07/03/2024 16:37

I have four tester pots from ebay - dusty rose, flushed, natural and sun kissed, and then I bought a big pot from Liberty of the sun kissed (after trying the tester from ebay). I really like them and wear one or two almost daily - they're the only thing I put on my face

Totally. When people bang on about a fantastic dupe and the only similarity is the packaging and the same function even if it performs nowhere near the same. I think some people are very very easily manipulated and gullible

Miracle Balm gets advertised at me a lot too. Au natural is my colour rec but what does it actually do? Even out skin tone or just add a sheen? I can’t work it out!

faustina · 07/03/2024 20:10

@Justbetweenus - I don't think that one has a colour - just adds a glow

KittytheHare · 08/03/2024 16:02

I bought three of them, and weirdly find the au natural one really effective over my foundation. I really like the dewy look. It doesn’t work for my skin tone on its own . Just ordered the WTF foundation so hoping it’s good

Startyabastard · 10/03/2024 11:26

For the smaller sizes bought on ebay, do buyers just trust that the sellers hygienically decant the product into more pots?

As it's all natural oils and beeswax, doesn't it break down your foundation? Oil breaks down makeup after all
