What lipstick are you wearing today

I’m sad after ‘D’ P told me to eff off and trying to lighten my mood; what lipstick are you loving in the new year or wearing today. Having a browse for a new one and always love these lipstick threads!

NARS Torrid. I like that it’s orangey. I’m looking for an orange lipstick actually, more orange than coral. Tips welcome.

And today I’m in Laura Mercier Ophelia, which is a nice pink

Mac chilli is a orangey red, as is Devoted to Chilli

Lisa Eldridge Velvet Dragon is brighter

The most orange I have is a No7 called Papaya which is very orange on me

This seems as good a thread to ask as any, I'm looking for a really lovely rose shade lipstick? I have very blonde hair but probably 'medium' skin tone - any ideas?

I’ve got No7 Tawny Rose and Maybelline 987 Smoky Rose, though they are a bit more natural than “rose” , very near my normal lip colour. So they really just put a bit of colour in my face. Hope this helps.

I love Clinique Black Honey. I've bought several and have left them in my car, bathroom, bedroom, on my desk at work and in my handbag so I can top my lip colour up regularly.

Very boring today with Dr. PawPaw Original Balm.
My lips started to get chapped with this cold windy weather and this balm fixes them straight away. Also like the glossy finish of the balm so it is possible to wear it over lipstick.

Today I wore Valentino Undressed Velvet!
I blot it with my finger for a more natural shape and softer shade. It adds a nice warmth to my sallow winter skin without looking like it's meant for summer.

Mac crème de la femme today.

In case anyone’s wondering about Crème de la femme, Mac have discontinued it!

Would you say it has blue or orange undertones?

Maybelline Colourstay crayon in Change is Good. The website shows it as pink, but it is more of a coral. I do a very light coat for a touch of colour, then clear balm on a bit later once it settles. This lasts so long.

My other most worn lipsticks are Mac's Mehr and Mac's Twig. I pair them together even though they are similar in colour but I get a lovely colour when I use them together.

Clinique 'Bare Pop' a lovely subtle nude/pink shade. I got this in a gwp bundle & will definitely purchase again.

My other everyday shade is black honey.
