What lipstick are you wearing today

I’m sad after ‘D’ P told me to eff off and trying to lighten my mood; what lipstick are you loving in the new year or wearing today. Having a browse for a new one and always love these lipstick threads!

Poppy King has revived her Seven Deadly Sins lipsticks from the 90’s. I never wore bold lipstick then, but I am loving them now. Wearing Vanity, a purple brown.
I have never worn such a dark rich brown and it looks great on me. Have had to buy some new tops 😄

I’m feeling really ill (Covid?) and wanted to something to brighten my ashen complexion.

I’ve got but don’t wear much, Sexy Sienna and Pillow Talk and a Dior red rouge 999 which I don’t wear much as it’s quite red.

I’ve tried Black Honey too and it doesn’t suit me.

Oh and I was sold Mehr but it’s too pale for me!

I do like Syrup and Cosmo.

I also like lip pencils, the chubby ones. Best I have of those is a Nars Charlotte Gainsbourg one which I should’ve bought more of as it’s flattering.

Ah! I loved the Seven Deadly Sins lipsticks. No idea they had come back.

But also love Mehr.

Would live to be able to try in loads of MAX lippies but I guess that's not really possible.

I also have Angel and Peach Blossom but feel they're more Summery shades.

I’m warm fair, green eyes. I wear more orange tones or corals. Bluey pink/ red is not me. I don’t buy expensive stuff but have loved Clinique in the past.

I have Faux but don’t wear it much. I’m a lipstick addict (used to be!).

Victoria Beckham Bikini lip gloss. I’m addicted to lip glosses and sticks, I love treating myself to a new one.

This is one of my favourites too, despite the texture.

I grew up on Victoria Plum pretend 'lipstick' which was really tinted chapstick.

Now as an adult the most grown up formula my dry lips can tolerate is Burts Bees tinted lip balm, I like it in Dahlia.

I used to wear Clinique apple butter( was my wedding day lipstick 27 years ago!!) but it’s not available now . Was a light coral red/pink.

Toned skin and blue / grey eyes
Not sure if this looks too dark sometimes

I've stopped only because I have too many! Plus I also like eyeshadows. I also go through phases, wore a lot of red in my 30s.
