A boyish, very slim, slightly athletic figure. Not mine! My friend has asked me to advise because u have picked bits out successfully for her before. She suits:
Cropped, structured tops
Wide trousers, high waists, full skirts with cinched waists
Halterneck
Crew necks
BUT everything we spot seems quite smart or formal. If you have this build, what brands and silhouettes are good for you?

I used to before menopause hit!

I'd say its a dramatic body type if tall and the bones are thin and long. Kind of like Victoria Beckham.

You have to honour your body architecture by following its lines in order for clothes and body to be in harmony, in my opinion.

Think French Connection, COS, Jigsaw, Reiss.

Could also be Gamine if short. Boyish clothes look good.
