To go with navy pinstripe wide leg trousers. Not full on night club but a bit more than a basic t-shirt!

Marking place because I’ve been looking for such an item for an absolute age. Everything is too fussy, too dressy, too officey or too casual. Or just doesn't suit me!

It might have been helpful then if you'd said "not silk" in your opening post because the obvious go to for "dressy white top to go over wide legged trousers" is going to be a silk shirt.

This is"white shirts" from The Shirt Company but half of them will be ruled out if you don't want silk.

Facebook keeps showing me With Nothing Underneath's white "dress" shirt which mimics a man's formal dress shirt. I quite like it, but do not need more white shirts, however lovely!
