Recommendations for really effective eye make up remover please

I just cannot find one which takes off all my mascara and eyeliner and always have panda eyes in the morning 🙈

I don't mind spending a bit of money but would prefer high street brand for ease of purchasing. I'd marginally prefer a cotton wool pad product as opposed to hot cloth cleaning but don't like creamy lotions - they make my eyes feel funny.

This has been a game changer for me ! I always used wipes or micellar water . I wear mascara and eyeliner , I do love a Smokey eye , and I wear quite a full face of make up ( primer , concealer , foundation , bronzer , translucent powder, highlighter , I draw my brows on , eyeshadows , mascara , eyeliner - waterline and around my eyes , setting spray ) I found that my skin would actually hurt with the amount of pressure needed to remove make up and as much as I thought I had removed it all I would still wake up with panda eyes !

I saw this on tik tok so thought I would have a go and haven’t looked back ! had to reorder this week so back to wipes for a few days and my skin is so sore !

You use a teeny amount over your make up - literally just put it on your hands a little scoop - the rub it all over and it melts your make up. Your face will look like you have just rubbed black cream over it as it all just smudges all over , I really rub it over my eyes and all into my lashes - it doesn’t sting your eyes at all , no glare , then just get a face cloth ( I use the cloths that are called reusable make up wipes in Poundland as they’re softer than flannels and can just rinse it after and pop it on the heated towel rail to dry ! ) just wet the face cloth with warm water and wipe it off . Every trace of make up comes off and your skin feels amazing after . It lasts ages too as you only need a tiny scoop each time.

It comes with a little scoop and you can just buy refills rather than a whole new pot. I’ve worked it out with the amount of wipes , micellar water and cotton pads I used to by and it’s also cheaper !
