Pls help - suggestions for plus size bridal knickers!!

Hi I'm getting married on the 18th Feb, I want to buy some pretty(ish) ivory/white knickers I can wear on my wedding day.

I usually wear super high waisted black briefs (think Bridget jones) but not proper control pants as they give me sensory issues. I also have a c section scar that is numb/feels weird so I can't stand anything low fitting and need the support for my lower belly pouch! So no thongs or anything skimpy.

I'm after some full briefs, lacy would be good that come at least up to my belly button. I'm a size 16-18 on top but I have an unfortunately (massive!) bum, so more like a 22 - 24 for knickers!

My partner has no expectations at all as he has always seen me in my unsexy pants! I'm just looking for something a little nicer but still comfy and supportive.

Does anyone know of any go to companies or any links? If I can't find anything I'll just get my usual massive briefs in white!! Thanks

I went for white french knickers, but you can get white shorts with lace edging if you want tighter. I just went to M&S for a size 18.
