Outfit for a March wedding

I never get dressed up and have a break from the kids so I’m looking forward to it! But no clue on what to wear. I’m early 40s. My good bits are that I’m fairly slim (size 8-10), with a small waist. I am a pear shape. The bits I’d like to cover are my untoned thighs and upper arms and c-section belly. I’m pretty short (5ft 1) and prefer not to have too much boob out. Also need shoes (bit of a heel ok but nothing too high). I’d like to stay away from black (and white!) but fairly easy on colour.

Budget £100ish plus shoes. Happy to shop on vinted etc. I love needle and thread dresses, and vampires wife (but totally out of budget)

help please!

This is lovely but I would like a dress that I can wear a proper bra with.

I've just bought a dress for DD's wedding (also March) from pretty kitty - completely bra compatible - they have a huge range and delivery was within 72 hours. I chose a dress I could wear thick tights with due to time of year, I'll be wearing knee high boots and take shoes (possibly) to change into.
