For her birthday my sister has described the type of black cardigan she would like. Not fine knit, but also not the chunky knit/cosy style.
I think she'd absolutely love this but she doesn't like gold buttons (she doesn't like any type of gold accessories). If it wasn't a gift I'd consider this and change the buttons myself but 1) it seems like a lot of faff and 2) it would be non-returnable if it didn't fit!
