My eyelids are aging

I think I am hitting perimenopuase (I'm almost 42) and my eyelids have suddenly aged.

I have issues with skin tags and there are a couple on my eyelids as well. But today, I've noticed they're not smooth anymore- they've gone a bit saggy! I've attached a pic - there's a little bit of eyeshadow on but not much.

I don't want any outside help ie botox/fillers but does anyone use any gentle creams that work wonders? Do cucumber slices help?! I've never smoked, I don't drink and sleep fairly well.

I meant to add, they're also quite dry and wrinkly!

Hi @Shanta143 thank you for replying. My skin is white Caucasian and is generally OK, bit of an oily t zone but not a lot else really. Great idea about the massage, I'll give it a Google!

Would retinol help? If so, remember to put on spf and moisturise x

@Shanta143 I don't really do a lot tbh. The oiliness is lessening as I get older. I wash with a simple face wash and cold water and occasionally moisturise. I use the miracle Boots serums and moisturiser but not everyday. My skin has always been fine with this so my eyelids aging overnight is a bit out of the blue!

@Startyabastard thank you, i'll look into retinol - it needs SPF to use do you mean?
