Opinions on Bareminerals primers, foundations, Complexion Rescue. Are they any good? I’m sure there’s been a rebranding and I’m wondering whether they’ve changed the products too..

I’ve used complexion rescue for years and I really like it. I have sensitive skin and feels a bit like primer when I wear it , not too heavy and evens skin tone. It’s not akin to a foundation though, much lighter so if you are looking for full coverage it’s not right.

I’ve been wondering about the complexion rescue so good to hear that it’s a goodie.

It’s light, if you layer it or apply with the brush they recommend then it has a bit more depth but still a natural look. I do have the brush but most days I just rub it on with my fingers 😂

@NotARealWookiie do you find it lasts all day?
do you use a primer underneath as well?

I like the original foundation.

Complexion rescue is a good tinted moisturiser and blurs lots of imperfections - I am lucky and have a really good shade match.

Can be a little drying though.

I generally use a no7 primer and/or moisturiser underneath but sometimes I don’t and it’s fine. It lasts me all day.

I use BarePro foundation and love it! I’ve had compliments on my skin when wearing it (even from my mum and she doesn’t hand out compliments easily!). I’ve also got a red lipstick and lip liner of theirs and that’s also very good.

do you have the liquid or the pressed powder kind of foundation?

I love it. I like the complexion rescue for light wear, the Barepro compact and the mineral veil. Used it for years.

The powder foundation (Mineral Veil?) makes my face itch, can’t abide it (and also find too heavy in look).

Love Complexion Rescue for summer.
