2 weeks body transformation Size 18

Any tips? Currently doing a Keto plan so weight comes off at a good rate anyway but what else would you advise to help a transformation.

I do know I'm not going to look toned and skinny in two weeks so I don't have ridiculous expectations but looking for tips to maximise the two weeks I have until my event. Cardio? Weights? One more than the other or a good mix?

Any other tips!?

Im no expert but 2 weeks doesn't really sound like long enough for cardio and weights to make a visible difference to your body (well... IME the first couple of weeks if I start any sort of weights makes me stiff and probably looking a lot worse!Grin)

Perhaps aim to improve core and posture a bit so you're carrying yourself better?

Keto is going to make the biggest difference in 2 weeks. I’m also a size 18 and can drop nearly a stone (albeit water or poop or whatever!) in 2 weeks of low carb. Conserve your energy as it can make you feel shit in the first couple of weeks, so no need for cardio and all that, maybe just gentle walks to keep things moving?

Having said that, it does depend what the event is and what your current levels of fitness are. I mean, if it's something where you're likely to be walking around between meetings etc and you're likely to get out of breath keeping up with other people then maybe some HIIT cardio might help.
