Best style trousers please for a 5 foot 8 size 12, small waist pear shape?

Wide leg. Not flared at all but widening from the hip ie all the way down. Also I find thicker fabrics a lot more flattering. Wide leg cords or wool trousers for this weather.

In summer , thinner denim or cotton but still wide leg. Not the pleated ones though

Turn ups or cuffs at the bottom of the trousers help because they create a bit of width at the bottom of the leg to balance the thighs.

Admittedly I’ve not tried them, but I’ve been eyeing up the trousers from Ghost. Their clothing styles always seem to suit my pear shape. The trousers are classic wide leg, narrower waist shapes.

I’ve found White Stuff and Fatface a good cut for pear - not all their styles but some. However I am short so may not work so well for 5’8 (envy!!)
