Flat hair hat problems

Those of you with flat, fine hair - how are you keeping your heads warm?

My hair is ultra straight, fine and flat. I can just about make it look passable with volumising products and blow drying, but wearing a hat (wool beanie would be my preference) renders it instantly flat and lank.

How do others do it?

Chenille hat, and make sure its not too tight. It keeps slipping down in to my eyes - but my hair looks good!

I have a loose beret style hat which helps a bit

I also don’t take the hat off 😆

Don't wear hat unless absolutely necessary and then don't take hat off!

Yeah, as above, once hat is on, it stays on.

Thanks all, disappointing that there is no magic solution but at least I am not alone…

I sometimes go by bike to work = flat hair, and I don't like the way it seems to cling to head. All I do is damp my hands and scrunch / fluff up the top to keep it out of my eyes (I do have a Claudia type fringe) and leave to dry. Probably doesn't look its best, but I'm not the one looking at it, really am not bothered.
