I've unfortunately lost my favourite tweezers and I'm bereft! I've tried a few cheapy pairs that I had kicking about and they're awful.

Don't mind spending a few quid on a decent pair but I have no idea what's decent? Are tweezerman still the gold standard?

(Alternatively if anyone has a pair of the Body Shop tweezers in the tropical print that they fancy selling to me then I'll bite your hand off!)

My favourite ones were 25 year old Body Shop ones too,I also lost them. Tweezerman are great but go blunt fast ime.

Rubis. The absolute best IMO.

I don't understand the love for Tweezerman ones, the ones I've looked at are nowhere near as sharp or precise as Rubis ones.

Mine are 25 years old and still super sharp. I've bought Rubis tweezers for my daughters too.

I’m liking Tweezerman however I’m finding them quite sharp and many times end up bleeding **

mainly when I used it on my husbands oily skin nose to get the hairs out , I seem to always do a few skin cuts with them whilst this doesn’t happen with his cheap old ones

I’ve got tweezerman and they are good but these specific £2 boots ones are better! They do them in a variety of naff colours and are often by the till in a sort of plastic bag packaging, I’ve got about 5 pairs now in various handbags, amazing for rogue chin hairs 😵‍💫 https://www.boots.com/boots-slanted-tweezers-10286715

I had (have, they must be in the house somewhere) some amazing Tweezermans with a sort of scissors handle. They could really grip a pull a hair out by the roots. I've used newer ones since and find they're so sharp that they seem to cut the hair. I want them to be blunter but still grip.

Rubis are the best.
