Lookiero Returns HELP!

Having a terrible time with Lookiero. Returned my items 16th December now presumed lost in transit by EVRI (no surprise but was the only return option they give). They’re charged me nearly £350 and won’t reply to my messages about how to resolve or a refund.

I have my EVRI proof of postage/tracking which is showing “in transit”. To contact EVRI customer services they want the delivery postcode which is nowhere online. Does anyone have a Lookiero return label with the postcode on???

Have emailed several times but have been ignored (no phone number) posted on their Facebook to no avail. Have just left a Trustpilot review as another aggrieved customer on Facebook had luck with this.

Any further suggestions welcome!

Hi, did you get anywhere with this? I am now in the same situation! Looking for a lookiero post code!

Hi - I'm in the same situation - email from Lookerio to say they haven't received my return. Tried to track using Evri but can't find a delivery postcode - and no phone number! Dreadful!

I’ve just received clothes today that I don’t want and hoping to return them via Evri except they don’t come up on Evri list of retailers!! However the post code is CV21 1QL

After seeing your troubles sending things back to Lookiero. Just paid £12.50 tracked collection via EVRI to take it back and insure to the value of £185 (Lookiero invoice). Shouldn’t have to do this given it’s supposed to be ‘free return’. However don’t feel Lookiero are very trustworthy right now

Update: I paid for the parcel to be delivered to Lookiero. Still not delivered. Side note when I told Lookiero this is what I had done their email response was quite rude practically telling me off for not following their returns policy! Albeit it is just wanted tracking and insurance policy from Evri to know it had been returned.

Spoke to a really lovely person called Meghan at Evri today on their customer service number. She called the courier and he advised that the address will not take parcel deliveries and they are rejected WFT?!

She kindly sent me an email to confirm this so I can take it further. Copy of it below

I'm in a similar situation with a returns & have been panicking as its my first order
Lookiero have said they've still not received my return & I've been trying to find a way to reply or question it
Look on the Evri app & it says in transit, so I go to look at the full details tracking
This then asks me for a post code but when I put it in its says its not recognised
I find this bizarre as it was from Evri that I found the post code
Whatbi also find puzzling is there's 3 returns linked to my ref & not 1
I too found it strange that Lookiero didn't come up on the list of retailers
I also didn't like the fact I had to pay when it's supposed to be free

I would love some advice on what I should do next & know how others have got on
Plus if someone could let me know which email is best & who to contact first, Evri or Lookiero

You had to pay to return it?

When trying to track it did you enter the postcode from the (prepaid) label on the bag?

I think these are all teething problems they are having.

I will take a pic of the label when I send my next one back as when I had this issue I didn’t have the postcode and couldn’t find one that ‘worked’ online to track it. Luckily EVENTUALLY it turned up 😅

I didn’t have to pay but decided to given so many stories about it never turning up. Went back and forth with Lookerio, until spoke to a wonderful lady at Evri who sent me a mail to advise that the address on Lookerio returns did not take parcels and refused delivery. Sent the email
as evidence to Lookerio, received 2 emails a few days later, one saying received your parcel the other investigating the incident. Finally a mail from Lookerio to advise the courier has ‘lost’ the parcel and they will not be charging £185 for the items. Good bloody job lol. From there cancelled my Lookerio account. First and last order. Plus the clothes returned were not worth £185 nor my style
