If you have fine wavy hair, what haircut do you have?

Mine has been long for years, but I just always wear it up so want to go shorter. Not sure what will work with my hair or what to ask for

A 'growing out style'. You need a stylist who understands how to cut wavy hair.
Best way to find one is to ask someone with similar hair to yours and whose hairstyle looks good.

You can have whatever you like as long as your hairdresser understands how to cut waves/curls.

I agree. My 'growing out style' isn't the best description, but how your hair behaves and the shape of your head needs to be taken into account.

Straightened hair has been around for a long time now and there may be stylists who aren't experienced in natural waves and curls.
