Ear piercing with a needle

Could anyone recommend where I can get this done in London? Thanks.

I love Astrid and Miyu, they pierce with needles and they do lovely piercing jewellery. The solid gold pieces are stunning! I have got maybe 6-7 from them over the last few years. Love them!

Where in London are you? There are hundreds of places that can do it!

Search for your local tattoo/piercing studio and check out the google reviews. Most are scrupulously clean.

You don’t need to spend £££ having it done in Maria Tash or similar.

Central London but can travel. I've had them pierced with a gun years ago but they wouldn't heal even though I was very careful. So I want to get it right this time...

I’ve been to Maria Tash at Liberty a couple of times, of course you’re paying for the jewellery itself which ramps the cost up. Have a look at the association of British piercer’s website.

Most piercing studios will do it - just call in advance and make sure they don’t use a gun.

Not many places use a gun anymore, just Claire’s.

Maria Tash has the best range of jewellery but as a PP said, it's expensive. I had an upper lobe piercing done there before Christmas and love it.

Metal Morphosis in Camden or Bethnal Green are brilliant, not overpriced, very clean and always use needles (single use & sterile) great aftercare and they change your Hewlett for free when/if it needs downsizing.
