Spots that never come to a head

I believe they're called blind spots. I have two now. Had them for three months now and I can't get ride of them.

Little red bumps that are spots. One on my cheek and one next to my nose. I've tried hot compresses, antiseptic cream. Not tried to squeeze them as I don't want scars.

I used to have great skin and now with Brie in capillaries and these blind spots, I look dreadful l

What can I do about them please?

Niacinamide and a pimple patch.

You can try a homemade remedy of damping a tiny ball of kitchen roll with vinegar ( malt vinegar works I have found) placing on the spot and putting a plaster over it overnight. Do this until the skin starts to scab over. Then just wait for the scab to heal. I have found this to be effective with the same sort of stubborn spots.

Exactly this. And an acid exfoliator.
