Under eye concealer for wrinkly under eyes?

I used to have eczema under my eyes and this has left fine folds under my eyes which make concealer difficult. It creases instantly and goes flakey, ultimately making it look worse. But without I have dark bags under my eyes. Any recommendations for concealer for wrinkled under eyes?

Tarte under eye concealer. Got this a few months ago and love it.

After seeing an insta post I stopped putting concealer all the way along the under eye and just put it on the inside and outside pretty much vertically

@doodlepants I actually use it on my eyelid as well as a basis for eye shadow. It is rich and creamy.

Lily Lolo mineral powder concealer does not settle into creases. You have to use a fairly light moisturiser for it to adhere to but once's it's on it stays put.
I have terrible dark shadows and don't bother with cream concealers, they're impossible. These days I put Estee Lauder double wear compressed powder foundation over a very thin layer of liquid foundation. Covers the shadows perfectly and doesn't budge or settle into creases
