Too difficult to iron?

Bit of a "am I being lazy" post. Is it just me? When buying or looking at new clothes, I think to myself, that's going to be a pain to iron! I'm not great at ironing anyway to be fair but the idea of ironing some of it just puts me off buying it. There are some lovely denim dresses and jumpsuits out there but I know what will happen, I'll wear it, wash it, never get around to ironing it, end of wear. Does anyone else feel like this or have any tips?

Iron when damp, it makes it so much easier, and spray starch can help with those embedded creases.

Oh and a steam generator iron, best thing I ever bought and I hate ironing, its the devils work.....

Get a clothes steamer. Not super effective for 100% cotton but most things just need a quick once over. I haven't pulled out the iron for a few years since getting one.

Steamer or a proper steam iron - I steam most things as it’s so quick with a steamer - just quickly waving it over t shirt or jumper takes a minute and makes it sit a lot better.

A lot of my clothes require ironing. I wait until i have a few things or more, so i only do it once every week or two, then i pop on some music or the tv, and if it's evening I'll have a glass of wine. Makes the chore easier!
