Light mask

Not sure what the correct name is but does anyone have one of those light face masks? I think they can emit different colours to do different things?

Do they work? What changes have you noticed?

I have the currentbody LED Mask. I really like it and try to use a couple of times a week. I think it has helped fine lines and skin texture. I also find it really relaxing to use.
