What's a nice watch these days?

Need a new one but I want something understated and classy, but I have no idea what to choose. They all look so glitzy and big these days? I don't want diamantes etc, just something nice and simple, but good quality (not a 'fashion' watch type), something that will last for years IFYIM. Appreciate any reccomendations x

Budget

About 100-150 ish. I'm willing to spend a little more for quality as I want something that lasts for sustainability reasons.

Skagen have some lovely straps and are reasonably priced.

Ice watches are varied and stylish £50-100.
