Boots like Emmeline Doc martens?

I have had the same pair of Emmeline Doc martens since 2018 and they have finally given up. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore and I can't find anything I like as much. They are leather, more dainty and less chunky than normal DMs, with black stitching (which I prefer to the yellow) and they were very hard wearing. Does anyone know of anything similar? Have attached some photos. Thanks!

They made the original Docs, till DM binned them for foreign made boots. Unlike DMs they're still properly made, and last forever

@Troglodytes these are perfect thank you and good to know the background! I tried some DMs on in a shop today and they didn't feel as though the quality was as good as my previous boots so that's very interesting!
