Yeiks - peri facial hair, please talk me through the options

Here we go - the odd chin hair has turned into a bit of fluff, and I'm noticing the start of a moustache.
So far I've managed by having the tweezers close at hand, but I don't think that's sustainable solution. Will I just make my skin and pores collapse?
My skin (and the fuzz) is quite fair, so does that mean I'm not suited to home IPL?
The salon IPL/laser/electrolysis options all look very expensive, but if electrolysis is permanent surely it works out more economical.
Is it worth getting seen soon, or should I wait until there's more to get better value?

Following with interest- I am not yet peri (35) however, have suddenly started sprouting hair and exploring my options

I just get mine waxed when I have my eyelashes dyed. It’s great. It used to be threading which is also good, same effect, then I changed beauty therapist.

I've always had a moustache, it's my colouring, it's not massively dark but it's dark enough to notice and I've been plucking it all out since my 20's. I check daily for any darker and long enough hairs that need to come out before I apply makeup. My face hasn't collapsed.🤪

Chin hairs are darker and thicker and were only two. I've been plucking those in my 40's but I'm going to start zapping the lot with IPL as they become more numerous, along with the darker blond peach-fuzz that's slowly growing longer and turning me into a man into some kind of a beard 😵. The pale blonde peach-fuzz it's mixed in with I'm stuck with, because IPL won't deal with that and I CBA to shave dermablade it. But as I'm white and the middle of my face is full of pores the size of moon craters, it's genetic hair free the pale blond peach-fuzz isn't too noticeable.
