Lumpy skin and regular moisturising

Does regular moisturising make a difference to the appearance of lumpy fat beneath the skin. My bedroom light lovingly showed my upper arms to have good biceps but covered in a lumpy layer of lard. My BMI is 21 something so I'm not overweight. I read somewhere on a thread about using castor oil on the skin and it did some miracle cure and miraculously cured something like ibs Hmm Does regular moisturising with body lotion (not caster oil!) make a difference? I've not done it for years but maybe I should? I'm not expecting miracles but maybe feeling less dejected about my lumpiness.

Dry body brushing daily should help. It can take a couple of weeks before improvements are seen, and you need to be consistent.
