What top with this skirt?

I'm going to an event next week, think dinner dance /ceilidh type thing and have bought this skirt. Not clear from photo but it's black satin.
Think I need a top to go with it. I have a sage satin high neck slit back top which will work if nothing else.
Now the issues - I'm 5ft, size 16 and due to an unreconstructed double mastectomy (I'll wear my prostheses) anything at all low cut won't work. I've seen a couple of high collar tops, but would like some more guidance.
My friends are all gorgeous and glam, and I'd like to look good!

I wear a very similar midi satin skirt with a boat neck cashmere jumper. It sits on the hip and is close fitting, but not tight. I would not wear satin with more satin.

I wear a textured jumper with my skirts like that but maybe too hot? maybe a high neck vest top?
