Go back in time? Those tops were the fashion in 2008-2012. I had several of them. Very easy to wear.

This is the same colour but not cashmere and I think it looks very ordinary so it's probably the cashmere that makes it

It’s similar to a long sleeved rugby shirt but obviously rugby shirts aren’t cashmere 😂

Hi! I’m not too sure on dupe, and as it’s sold out everywhere this may be irrelevant, but I know some ex employers at R&B who say the quality is absolutely horrific, especially on the knitwear. So, you might be better off with whatever dupe you end up with anyway!
