Not sure this is a beauty topic, it could probably fit in health or fitness but I think there may be more of a response here.

I have always had a sort of mottled look to my legs, particularly the thighs, and has only not been that way on rare occasions. But since menopause it has got much worse. Sure I have cellulite and fat but the mottled appearance is much worse and has now travelled down to just past my knees. My legs feel bloated too, despite walking a lot.

I don't have much vanity left, as long as I look good in my clothes, I feel okay with myself and I don't show off this part of my body. But I am wondering what I can do, if anything, to shift this mottled appearance.

Is it something medical? Would marching up and down on the spot help? It is bad circulation? Dry body brushing?

Anyone have the same and improved it?
