Mascara for small hooded eyes and sparse lashes

Please can you recommend a good mascara with a small-ish thin-ish brush that will help me avoid smudging the lash line and give some lovely length and volume? Budget does not matter, just looking for HG.

I use Toofaced Better than Sex mascara. I’ve used it for a few years now. I do keep trying others but always come back to it.

It’s not a thin brush, though. It’s a waisted one. That shape seems to work for my short and sparse lashes.

Lancome hypnose. They also have a waterproof one.

Been round a few but have come back to this and it is the best for my sparse lashes. I also use the Dior Maximiser beforehand.

I have short, sparse lashes and this has been my holy grail for 10+ years.
