Beauty tools - yay or nay?

I am thinking of using some Christmas money to invest in my skin. I am wondering whether to buy some beauty tools - but only if they work AND I will use them!

Could I ask what one tool has made a big difference to your skin and what one tool was a waste of money please? I’ll start:

Yay - Clarasonic - huge improvement to my skin and easy and quick to use in my usual routine. Have been using it for about 8 years now.

Nay - Sarah Chapman pro pore refiner (blackhead remover) - it works very well but I can never be bothered/have time to use it so it sits in the drawer and I probably only use it twice a year.

Tell me yours, please!

Giving this one more (slightly desperate!) try!

Hi OP.

To be fair anything that I need to plug to use it’s a chore.

I like my electric toothbrush and my silkepil 9 from braun, but lately I’ve only used it for the exfoliating head.
