Camera bags

If you have one, how do you use it? I don't carry much around with me. I've got some slots for cards but where do I put any cash? Have you got a smaller purse for cash and put that inside?

I've got this little purse that I use in my camera bags...
I've also got one I keep pain killers, flu capsules, mini nail file, small Vaseline, perfume sample and a safety pin in, it just goes from bag to bag.
