Daytime eyeshadow

Help me find a neutral eyeshadow for daytime use! Have been using the quad sets from CT but a bit too faffy for getting up and going quickly!
Are the trinny ones any good?
Im 41, slightly hooded lids, fair-medium complexion.

I’m 40s and I like the Trinny ones. Wisdom is a good everyday shade for me.

I have cool colouring (Summer) and blue, hooded, eyes.
This eyeshadow is so amazing for me, I have used a whole one up and bought a new one! I hope they never discontinue it, as it is the perfect colour (and matte, which suits my hooded eyes):

I recently read about using your bronzer as an eyeshadow and a line under the eyes. Really works nicely.
