I’ve just had my account blocked for listing a beauty item, last week I had an item deleted as they said it wasn’t new (it was). They don’t seem to have a good system in place for appeals.
Abyone had any luck with them? I’ve actually got parcels on the way to people and so now difficult to track etc. takes them 5 days to get back apparently.

In my experience they are dreadful at sorting out problems and their systems have some definite issues.

I've found if I message them to report issues they are good at replying.

honestly make a new account as I feel like every time I made a new one things sell really good for a few days
things I have on my account have gone stale no ones buying

Why can’t you sell a beauty item? I have sold quite a few beauty bits and there are loads listed

They’ve reinstated my account. They seem to have a very odd policy where some things are flagged.
I was trying to sell 2x perfumes. There were others on there exactly the same as mine but for some reason mine breeched a policy ???

How odd. Glad they have reinstated your account

If there were others selling the same is it possible that yours was reported maliciously?

I had a similar experience. Sold an item no problem, tried to sell an identical item a few weeks later and got told it was against the rules and i would be banned! Yet I can see hundreds of other listings selling this item! I relisted it with different wording and sold it fine. I complained about this inconsistency to them but they don't care.
