Ear studs you can sleep in...

Just that really....I have two standard lobe piercings per ear and would love some stud earrings I could leave in comfortably all day and night. Normal stud earrings from Oliver bonas / accessorize etc are pretty by uncomfortable to sleep in . Any suggestions ?!

You want either labret or andralok studs, both will stop the feeling of the back of the earring digging into your head.

For piercings I leave in, I go for either simple stud or small hoop in solid titanium.
As pp suggested, the exception in the solid gold andralok in my helix.

Any of the flat back titanium studs from proper piercing places.

Would you consider a hoop? There are lots of them..

I can't sleeping studs, I sleep on my side and they always always dig in.

As a result of my own search, I have a pair of titanium sleeper hoops, I can leave them for days and they don't go black in my ears like sterling silver. I imagine high quality gold would do the same. I do this so if I want to change them, the hole hasn't half closed up and I like to look dressed with a pair of simple earrings.

Thread type earrings would also work. Or andralok.

This sort of thing works for me: the backs are long enough to enclose the sharp point of the stud so I don’t notice when sleeping on them

I’ve got these ones, and also little huggie hoops. I leave them in for ages.

Someone on here previously mentioned studs that have flat screw on backs.
I looked out for some (just cheap ones to try it) and they have been amazing. I didn't even know such a thing existed until I read it on here, not very long ago.

I would get some flat-backs they are really easy to sleep in as they don't dig into you when you are sleeping
