  1. ratty, dry, dull Peri hair. What can sort this?
  2. gnarly, thick, bent toenails. Bent and battered toes. Anything surgical? As cosmetic doesn’t ever touch sides.
  3. dry, crepey skin. Best body moisturisers please!

thanks all. Feel free to ask for any other recs if thread gets going!

It smells awful but Ameliorate is really good for softening skin. I've also had comments from DH about softness of skin after using a really cheap Palmolive shower gel

I use Salux cloths in the shower and they really help slough off dry skin.

Palmolive Thermal Spa - Silky Oil

Palmolive Thermal Spa Silky Oil Shower Gel, with coconut oil and lavender, is beautifully fragrant and delightfully textured to help you feel more connected to nature. Feel more human.

  1. No idea sorry, i have the same problem. Will followfor ideas!
  1. Do you wear tight / narrow shoes? I've switched to shoes with a wide toe box this year and started doing foot exercises so that my feet and toes can and do move more. It's made a big difference, they are much happier.
  1. My best trick for this is a cup of table salt or dead sea salt in a bath once a week, bathe for 15-20 minutes, then use a pharmacy moisturiser like cetaphil afterwards.
