Are these as good as they look? I’m desperate for a decent pair of boots for walking the dog in cold, wet weather.

I have had a pair for over 4 years, walked the dogs almost daily in them in every weather. I struggle with sore joints and painful feet and these were a godsend. They have never leaked. The only downside is they are a calf-length boot, so you need a longer coat to cover the tops in really bad weather.

I have a pair - comfee and totally waterproof. I wish they did some that didn't look quite as much as yard boots

What’s the fit like on these? I need a wide fitting but my massive ankles are often a problem with boots and I just can’t get my feet into a lot of boots.

I have them and they're amazing. A great tread for super muddy walks, waterproof, comfortable and warm. I really should clean mine up and treat the leather though - they're looking a bit battered.

Beware: Quebec boots can LEAK as the inner 'waterproof' membrane fails.
Bought some Quebec boots in March 2024 - today, 20th Nov 2024 walking through a flooded field for a few metres- one boot leaks, leaving me with a cold, wet foot.

I look after leather well, and use the dubbin the company sell- used to looking after tack and leather well- Trustpilot mention Quebec boots leaking after a few months of intermittent use.
