Virtual fitting with Bravissimo?

I've been looking into good bras and it appears Bravissimo is highly recommended. Unfortunately, I don't have a store nearby. Has anyone experienced their virtual bra fitting? I'm wondering if it's effective, or should I opt for an in-person fitting at M&S?

I have never used Bravissimo's virtual fitting service, but visiting one of their shops would definitely be worth the effort. I wouldn't recommend M&S, but trying a small independent bra shop in your town is a good option if you can't go to Bravissimo. Unfortunately, I don't have very good reviews about M&S fittings

I had a bravissimo virtual fitting during lockdown. I was quite sceptical, but the lady managed to get me in a much better fitting bra! I think that p+p was free, she sent out a couple of bras, I kept one.
I've had an in person fitting at one of their stores since and they put me in the same size.
