Are you sure on the size? I'm a 16 and recently had to get a 22 in a Barbour wax jacket. Their sizing is tiny!! The people in the 2 suppliers I went to told me this, maybe to make me feel better.

Maybe try ringing the factory shop.

I thought that cost was quite generous. I'd try anything from a 14 to a 22 but it's just OOS everywhere in general

I think that style is at least a year old so your best bet may be waiting to see if any come up on eBay or Vinted.
