Eye cream pre make-up

I don't use anything on my face except water. I have good skin generally and don't wear makeup more than maybe five times a year. But I put powder eyeshadow on yesterday and it made my eyelids look wrinkly, which didn't used to happen, so I guess my eyelids are getting a bit dry as I get older (37)! My eyelids are not usually wrinkly, and I don't want to start using products every day - I just need something to put on before makeup, like a moisturising primer I guess?

What are your favourite cheap (less than £10) products for this? I don't want to spend much because it will go off before I finish the tube! 😁

Anyone?
I didn't think it was so niche but maybe it is! 😆

Not really answering your question, sorry, but I've stopped using powder shadow and just use cream ones now as my eyelids were looking crepey, particularly with any shimmery powders.

A creamy eyelid primer - look at NYX or Morphe for a good high street option and definitely start using cream eyeshadow rather than powder. Again, good choices from NYX and Maybelline

W7 prime view, it's very inexpensive and a little goes a long way

Aw man, that's going to cost me... I have a great variety of powder eyeshadows, many of which are at least a decade old and still going strong!
But I'll put my tight-arsed-ness aside. It is a good idea to try a cream one, thanks 😁 And thanks also for the primer suggestions, I'll check them out.
