I’m going to miss the sequins.

I’ve been out four times this Christmas and have worn something different and sparkly each time. I’ll also wear one of the outfits again on NYE but sadly that will be the last time until next December.
I have absolutely loved wearing my sequins this Christmas, I recently lost a tonne of weight and have found getting invites and dressed up great fun, it reminded me as a teen getting ready for a night out.
I was out last night and the whole table of four ladies wore different coloured sparkles, they must have planned it and it was fun to watch them as they arrived and sat down.
So no point to this thread apart from to wish you all a sparkly Christmas.

I wear them all year round too! And have a top with matte pewter and bronze sequins that I wear a lot

I may have to try wearing them during the year, they definitely make me very happy.

Sequins are not just for Christmas, my lovely - sparkle all year round if they make you happy!

I have a wonderful grey t-shirt which is covered in silver sequins and I remember walking down the street in it a couple of summers ago and a woman walking the other way towards me exclaimed 'ooh you're very sparkly - fabulous!' 😁🎇

Dress them down with band T-shirts ( bottoms) and jeans ( tops)

I know what you mean, is so nice to see everyone sparkling and most of the time people dress so casually. Don’t think they are very good for the environment though.

If you look after them, they should last a lifetime. Sequins are happy clothes, so giving them a regular wear makes sense.

I’ve just booked last minute tickets for a panto this afternoon so it’s another opportunity to sequin up!
