Large shoulder bag like the one from Nearly Normal Family on Netflix

I’m now coveting the mums bag! Large, very soft leather shoulder bag. A bit slouchy, maybe? Very much a ‘grab-and-go’ which suits my lifestyle. Figure it would be great for work and weekend.

Anyone got something similar? Where can I find such a bag?

I love slouchy totes, all of mine are years old but Cos often do them and they are often found in All Saints. This style of bag is often unlined so if buying online read the description carefully as I don’t find unlined quite so useful.

Ebay have some beauties. Very similar structure but not all are real leather. Well worth a look though.

Bad news is it’s a little expensive but not ludicrous. Totally doable if you like to spend in that region (me!) but not if you’re a £40 bag kinda gal!

Other little bit of good news is there’s 15% student discount on arket with UNiDAYS

And meant to say… I’ve looked and looked for a copy/cheaper alternative but couldn’t see anything that quite ticked the boxes/would scratch the itch!

@maldivemoment yeah I looked at the Cos one but given it’s £180 I think I’d rather just splurge and have the Arket one as I really like the buckle in particular.

I have one from Cos and I love it. For something a bit more affordable this one from Mango looks pretty good! And it’s got buckles!

I don’t think it’s the Arket one. I’ve seen that one in store and it’s not slouchy at all! It’s quite hard and rigid. I’ve been on the hunt for a slouchy tote for a while and nothing quite fits the bill

I've been searching for this bag too. What I love about it is the buckle on the strap, but I can't find it anywhere.

I think the bag in the show is the one from Anthropologie - the Arket one has a black metal tongue(?) on the buckle, and the Anthropologie one is silver - just like the one in @maldivemoment ’s pictures. It’s slouchy, and very nice - but pricy considering it’s not leather, (but a lot cheaper than the Arket).

@HappyKatieA Are you me? 😂 I’ve done exactly the same thing after seeing the bag but no joy. I’m tempted to send the actress a message but is that a step too far? 🙈

Will just continue to hunt and hope to stumble across it. I know people have posted very similar looking ones but it’s not quite the same slouch and/or buckle shape. I know it’s the small details but they are the main things that draw me to the bag!
