Has anyone bought anything from Wyse? Am looking at their sale, doubt I'd pay their full prices as they seem pretty steep.

What is the quality like?
Thanks x

It is good quality, but yes, pricier than High Street.

The only Wyse item I own is a cashmere jumper I found in a charity shop - just needed some TLC and it was perfect!

I bought some cashmere years ago- and it was and still is great quality.

Then they expanded and the quality greatly reduced and it’s very, very expensive for the quality offered. I returned every thing I ordered and now no longer shop there.

In fact, I ordered a skirt from there at £100+ and one that looked identical at £15. They both arrived and were in fact identical, only one had a Wyse label stocked in haphazardly. It was sent back!

Where was the £15 one from??

I love the look of Wyse stuff but there's no way I'm paying over £100 for anything synthetic

Awful - avoid. Very high street.

App13 · 18/12/2023 15:01

I have a couple of tshirts and a cardigan (which I've never worn!) . I love the tshirts but I think everything is very steeply priced and I'm now staying away from the brand as a result

Avacardo2023 · 18/12/2023 15:07

I think it's a great brand and the cashmere jumpers wash well in a washing machine on the wool setting unlike other cashmere jumpers I've had.

I know the owner quite well and would like to buy direct but it is quite expensive, so I've managed to get a lot of items from Brand Alley for a hugely reduced price.

I bought a couple of dresses last year. The stitching came away (at the chest) for no apparent reason after only one wear. I fixed it myself but wouldn’t buy again, should have returned them in hindsight

Lightinbox.com believe it or not! So I assume a lot of it is bought very cheaply and marked up very highly.
This one- it was exactly the same skirt from both companies.

It's ok, but very expensive for what it is. I find it an odd brand - they have some lovely stuff, but you really have to pick through some very odd bits to find it!

I do have a couple of bits from one of their collaborations though and those are excellent quality - really good quality cotton. £££ though.

Britpopbaby · 18/12/2023 18:24

I like the cashmere jumper I bought in a charity shop for a fiver.

BrilliantEarth · 18/12/2023 18:26

Ohhhh that's a shame. The woman who advertises it is gorgeous - she talks a fair bit about having lost a lot of weight, but she was gorgeous before she lost weight, too. I had a vague feeling that I might look like her if I bought some Wyse stuff, but it is expensive for a step into the Great Unknown.

ilovebrie8 · 18/12/2023 18:46

Gosh not many good points…the sale prices are still quite high! Looks along lines of Hush but way more expensive…
I thought some do the stuff looked nice but their pricing seems steep especially if quality isn’t good…
Has anyone been to any of their shops?
