Hush ribbed skirt

Any thoughts on this skirt below? In my mid 40's and it is the style that suits me but worried it may be too young!!

I ignore hand wash only and dry clean only instructions. Gentle was at 30 is usually fine.

Same unless the fabric contains viscose as some really is dry clean only. I have washed a wool suit before but tend to only do this as items get older.

Maybe viscose varies? I have several pairs of Viscose knickers and they are not dry clean only 😀.

I love the skirt but would find navy hard to work with in winter. Would look wrong with black tights so would need bare legs.

Sorry to derail but I have the navy suit black tights dilemma. If you wear blue tights does that mean you can’t wear black shoes? I really struggle with this in winter.

@queenofallqueens nope not in my opinion- navy tights and black or brown boots would look all kinds of wrong. That's just me though- if navy tighys work for you then that's cool, go for it.

A navy midi skirt is too young?! I'd reject it on the basis it was far too old for me, and I'm in my 40s!
